Who's afraid?

Fear, what is fear?, Can you be happy sharing our lives with fear? This last question is easily answered, let's see how to make the clouds of fear disappear and let the sun of love shine for to bathe us in the warmth of happiness.

Fear is a primal emotion that is expressed in all animals and is characterized by an intensely unpleasant feeling to any threat or risk that we think may be damaged. This perception of danger may be real or supposed and may even feel about past events or the future. The highest expression of fear is terror. Fear is closely related to anxiety.

After this description already know better one of the clear obstacles in our path to full happiness. I guess all humans at some point in our lives we have felt fear and as we have seen is a natural animal feeling, whose function is surely the defense of the integrity and life against dangers and risks, so we understand it is spot feeling that alerts us to a threat and after passing it, should disappear, returning our state to normal. At least that happens in animals, but people have an incredible ability to complicate our lives, with a mind quite capable of performing many operations, but also to produce painful diseases, destructive and persistent, often directly associated with fears. These fears are holes in the way that make us vicious circles, since they want to achieve something, to which we hold too much, (maybe happiness) which in turn ourselves move away, making us feel permanently unhappy.

It is very clear that after releasing a person from their pathological fears he is transformed into a new and revitalized being, able to explore his environment and decide what he want to be. Strategic psychology gives us guidelines to follow to break these mental barriers and see the same life that we live with other eyes, bringing us closer to true happiness. Here are some of them:

  • In life there are situations that we can't try to avoid constantly, and they often become more difficult, so let's face them and we solve it. Think "if I avoid, increased my fear, which should fear, is to avoid".

  • Do not use always the same solutions for everything. When problems arise try to see situations from different angles, to find various solutions to them. Then choose the one most suitable at any time. This will make you more efficient and original solving them.

  • If you see an impossible task, act as if you were able to do it. If everything "goes wrong" do like if things were great, you'll see that doing "as if" the world changes around you.

  • Faced with a task that you think you've been stranded in the beginning, do not let up on, continues working on it and the next day checks the results. may seem that what went wrong, has much to be able to take advantage of, or after getting stuck continues at the end and go backwards, for example when writing a story, start at the end we can open doors to see the rest mental the content.

  • Overall are always positive. This state of mind makes it much easier to solve problems and psychological disorders. You only need to know accept the situation and look forward. Absolutely every problem has its solution, accept them and watch them head allows the solution comes to mind.

We have to understand that fear is the source of all the evils, is the greatest enemy of the person and can't allow it takes root in our mind, which is a wonderful and powerful tool, creator of what happens to us in our life and of happiness we experience, but that incorrectly configured, we can bring serious trouble and experiences you don't want to live. Therefore a negative emotion like fear should not rule the functioning of our mind, putting obstacles in their way of operating. Love is the feeling that, no doubt, must always be in our minds, because there is no fear that can obscure the brilliance it brings to our lives being the most constructive and positive existence.
